Hello and welcome, tenants, owners, and members of the community!
As you may or may not be aware, we are a property management company located in Canon City, with properties all through Fremont and Pueblo counties. We are here to serve our community, serve our tenants, and serve our owners.
Here you get to meet the team!
Jason Messer started Fremont Investment Partners. Some say it’s crazy, but property management is a sincere passion for Jason. As an active real estate investor, he has a keen eye for the rental market, and is always happy to guide an investor into the right investment property.
Vanessa Messer manages the business aspect of Fremont Investment Partners. She and Jason work in concert to provide effective financial oversight for the properties managed by FIP. Her creativity and drive brings focus and organization to the team.
Emma Brannon is our property manager here at Fremont Investment Partners. She works with all new and existing tenants, helping people find a home that’s right for them, working with tenants in anything she can assist them in, and is our helping hand in the office as well.
Diane Evans has helped our community living (villa carina) in making it a welcoming place for people looking for a new and affordable start with sober living along with being big help in our office with assisting other tenants and being book keeper.
Drew Lamouraux has worked in investing and finance at many levels. He was once the president of First National Bank & Trust of Florence, but switched gears and has worked in real estate ever since. His fantastic sense of humor and unique perspective means he has a lot to offer our company, both as a consulting broker and as an investment consultant.
Now you know who we are. If you’re looking for a place to rent, start here. If you’re looking for the next investment to add to your portfolio, start here. If you want to do business with people who care about the community and will meet you on your turf, start here. We’re ready to help.
